Virginia early-stage innovative entrepreneurs: Charlottesville Angel Network (CAN) and Virginia Small Business Development Center (VSBDC) have joined forces to help you polish your pitch presentation. CAN and VSBDC are offering four pitch practice opportunities in 2021, with accredited angel investors in attendance. This is the final event in the 2021 series. There is no cost to participate and presenter(s) will leave with actionable feedback from these angel investors. Five applicants will be selected for each Pitch Preview event, held the first Thursday of the selected months, between 12:00-3:00 pm. Attendees commit to thirty-minute time slots consisting of: 5 minutes to join and meet angels, 15-minute pitch, and 10 minutes for feedback. The November 4 event will most likely be a virtual event hosted on Zoom; hosted by Central Virginia SBDC in Charlottesville, VA. More details will be provided regarding location closer to the event date. **This is not an application for funding or a formal presentation to request investment.** For more detailed qualification information and to apply, please read, and if eligible, submit an application for consideration in the program. If you aren’t sure if you are ready or if you should apply, emailcontact@cvsbdc.org to complete a request for counseling form for a confidential meeting. Deadline to apply: October 25 at midnight.
