The Newport News Center is offering a two-week virtual Introduction to Continuous Improvement — Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management course from 6-7:30 p.m. on October 5, 7, 12, & 14.
Led by process and performance improvement expert Ginny Youngblood, the course will give participants a foundation covering Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Improvement methodologies. It will explore how these approaches complement one another. Upon competition of the program participants will receive a certificate of completion presented by Virginia Tech, including continuing education units (CEUs) based on total contact hours.
