In this workshop, you will learn about the energy body and how it relates to healing. Jen Fedorowicz will explain the connection between science and spirituality so that you can begin to understand how to quiet the mind and tune into your true self. You will have a deeper understanding of stress and how you have the power within to navigate the stresses in life for a life with more ease and joy. You will also be guided through a deep relaxation technique called iRest/ Yoga Nidra that helps to manage, anxiety, fear, anger, and trauma bringing the body and mind into emotional balance. (dress comfortably as you will be lying down to experience iRest during the last part of the workshop).
