Looking to get started in improv comedy, but never performed comedy before? This is the course for you!
Over 8 weekly sessions of 90 minutes each! Students will learn common comedy dynamics, famous bits, timing, tropes and more! Get comfortable improvising full scenes by lightly improvising around tried and true comedic masterpieces first. Learn how to play a bit, why jokes work best in threes, how to sell a spit take, the best way to throw a pie in someone else’s face and much, much more.
If this sounds like an unbelievable amount of fun, that’s because it is.
