This month’s Bunker Labs Hampton Roads Connect theme is Government Contracting. Our two guest speakers are Brad Williamson, CEO of MVSEA, LLC and Emil Reynolds, Founder of Combat Bound, LLC.
Rear Admiral (Ret.) Brad Williamson is a 1985 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He received a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College in 2001 and completed Executive Education at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School and University of Virginia’s Darden School.
Brad founded MVSEA as a Strategic Planning and Business Development consultancy to assist companies in developing constructs and processes, and to evaluate opportunities for growth. The company continues to deliver success for multiple clients focused on Government and Defense Department opportunities in the engineering, technology, and innovation spaces.
Brad is a Board Member on the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and is on the Board of the Center for American Studies at Christopher Newport University, and on the Board of the Tidewater Area Service Contractors (TASC).

Emil Reynolds is an Army combat veteran (Ranger) and earned his undergrad from the University of Maryland, College Park and later his MPS from Penn State University.
Emil founded Combat Bound, a small, service-disabled veteran owned company specializing in innovative equipment enabling rescue, protection, and combat operations at tactical levels. Our capabilities are based on our own experience in hostile and austere environments using issued equipment in combat. Operating in the multi-domain battlefield and understanding the 4D threat past, present, and future, we use our experience to ensure our Warfighters and first responders in harms way will always have the best possible equipment at the lowest possible price point.
