Use tools like Google Drive, Docs, and Microsoft 365 to organize operations
Track and present impact using a concept I call the Impact Portfolio, like a credit report, but for their mission
Set up simple systems to delegate to volunteers or interns
Nurture a strong team mindset that aligns with their mission and goals
