Josh Rufolo, Pocket Properties App CEO announced they are launching their open beta product on Friday, March 4th. This will be their first product open to the public. The platform will allow users to invest in short-term “Fix and Flip” style investments. The Equity platform is said to be not far behind, with the inclusion of “many of the amazing features” said Rufolo. According to Pocket Properties’ WeFunder page they have received almost $80,000 in investment pledges across hundreds of investors to democratize access to real estate investing. In addition to Josh, Marshal Singh serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Stanley Glover serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Pocket Properties was one of three winners at the 2021 Start Peninsula competition.
