757 Angels is proud to announce that their Investor Education Series will be continuing in February with Raza Shaikh, Managing Director at Launchpad Venture Group. Raza will help 757 Angels prepare for and perform due diligence on a company.
Due diligence is one of the most important pieces of executing a successful early-stage deal. 757 Angels believes that building a healthy entrepreneurial community starts with an understanding of best practices among all its stakeholders. That is why The Investor Education Series: Due Diligence is open to both investors and entrepreneurs alike.

The workshop will take place on February 3rd, from 6:00 – 8:00pm and be led by Raza Shaikh

Based on the Wiltbank* study, due diligence prior to investment has been demonstrated to be a critical success factor in angel investing. This workshop covers the essentials of due diligence including forming an effective due diligence team, deal killers, the key components evaluating deals, how to dig into the deal and the process of completing task.  The class will include lectures with adequate time for Q&A plus exercises to reinforce the elements of due diligence.
