This dynamic, seven-week hybrid program is meticulously designed to guide you through the essential process of customer discovery, ensuring your business concept is built on solid insights rather than assumptions.

Program Structure
The Idea Factory is accessible to all Virginians with a passion for innovation, whether you’re contemplating a new product, service, or a novel approach to scaling your existing business. The program includes:
•Schedule: Six Monday evening sessions from 6-8 p.m., combining in-person meetings in Richmond with online sessions.
•Spring Cohort: March 17 – April 28
•Fall Cohort: October 6 – November 17
•Commitment: Approximately five hours of independent work each week, focusing on interviewing and surveying potential customers.
