Innovate Hampton Roads is pleased to announce the expansion of its footprint with the presence of a second location at Assembly, a cutting-edge collaborative space in downtown Norfolk. This new location adds to Innovate’s primary base within REaKTOR in Hampton, solidifying its presence across both sides of the water and further connecting the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Tim Ryan, Executive Director of Innovate Hampton Roads, sees this expansion as a significant step in aligning the organization with the heartbeat of innovation in the region. “With a presence on both sides of the water, Innovate Hampton Roads is now closer to the innovation and entrepreneurial efforts that are taking place across the region,” he said.
Assembly, Norfolk’s hub for innovators and creatives, is an ideal partner for Innovate Hampton Roads. Drew Ungvarsky, a driving force behind Assembly, echoed this sentiment: “I’m thrilled to have Innovate Hampton Roads joining Assembly as members, and I look forward to all the ways we can work together to advance our connected missions.”
The expansion into Assembly will allow Innovate Hampton Roads to build stronger relationships with Norfolk’s entrepreneurial community while continuing to foster growth and collaboration within REaKTOR in Hampton. As the organization spans both cities, the goal is clear: to unite innovators, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders across Hampton Roads, creating more opportunities for networking, mentorship, and business development.
This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Innovate Hampton Roads, which continues to drive economic growth and innovation in the region and empower entrepreneurs from all corners of the community.
